  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)
  • Ice cubes


  1. Place the diced mangoes, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder (if using) in a blender.
  2. Add a handful of ice cubes for a chilled lassi.
  3. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste the lassi and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
  5. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more milk or water to reach your desired thickness.
