Mango Shrimp Skewers with Large shrimp, Ripe mango chunks, Red bell pepper, Red onion, Lime juice, Honey, Soy sauce, Garlic powder, Salt and pepper
Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling)
